It has been quite some time i have been unwell unfortunately and have had zero energy and motivation to do anything. I have attended my Papworth Hospital appointment and had further tests including another echo, further blood tests, 6 minute walking test and certain lung function tests and await an outcome. I must say this week has probably been the worst in the past months and this had backed me up in to a much darker place i have been feeling very low due to my decreased energy levels and not being able to do anything and my sleep has also taken a turn for worse. I have also been feeling nauseated and my appetite seems to have decreased which is a good thing but the nausea is not helping.
I have spoken my GP yesterday who has put me on a new medication called Venlablue XL 75mg and i have taken that today evening, im hoping for some improvements in my mood and maybe a little bit of a kick to pick me up as its getting much difficult feeling like this day in day out.
I had a troublesome night last night which resulted in no sleep and a great deal of pain radiating down my left arm and leg. I had my pain killers and hot water bottle by my side yet the night seemed so long and never ending...
